Accommodation
The Cámara de Semilleristas de la Bolsa de Cereales suggests the Alvear Art Hotel and has blocked rooms at a preferential rate for BASC2016.
Studio Room: USD 218 (single or double occupancy)
Per room per night (including taxes, buffet breakfast, access to Spa and Fitness Center and Wi-fi access).
To make your booking through the CSBC please fill in the appropriate boxes of the registration form. Credit Card data (type of card, number, name, expiry date and security code) are required as guarantee.
Reservations shall be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the available quota is covered. Booking confirmation and the cancellation policy shall be e-mailed by the Alvear Art Hotel. If all the blocked rooms are taken, bookings shall be subject to hotel availability.
Check-in and check-out times are 15:00 h and 12:00 h, respectively. Accommodation bookings with early check in and/or late check-out shall be subject to hotel availability. All additional charges shall be paid by the passenger at the time of check-out.
As of Thursday 01 September, 2016, participants should contact the Alvear Art Hotel directly to request or change their booking.
