To make your booking through the CSBC please fill in the appropriate boxes of the registration form. Credit Card data (type of card, number, name, expiry date and security code) are required as guarantee.

Reservations shall be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the available quota is covered. Booking confirmation and the cancellation policy shall be e-mailed by the Alvear Art Hotel. If all the blocked rooms are taken, bookings shall be subject to hotel availability.

Check-in and check-out times are 16:00 h and 12:00 h, respectively. Accommodation bookings with early check in and/or late check-out shall be subject to hotel availability. All additional charges shall be paid by the passenger at the time of check-out.
